Rommel’s Funnies by (Panzer Tracts) is another whole section of SPGs we could add into the WOT universe. Not to mention there is even more ad hoc things built and converted that I have seen photos of from France, made by the Germans. Ah the sturmmorser panther, one of the tanks I’ve been waiting for.
Stick a turbine engine in it, gun stabilizers, hydrostatic suspensions, called it the turbo-derppanther, slap it in tier9 and watch the hilarity.

The Ferdinand was never planned with any other gun than the 8.8 cm L/71, the 12.8 cm L/55 in WoT is there for balance.

So… based on your information that 12.8 on JP2 is not possible, Ferdinand’s 12.8cm is also fake?

Is there are any plan for Ferdinand to change the gun other than 88/71?

No. That’s not true. The Umbewaffnung project by Krupp from November 1944 was not called Jagdpanther II, it was simply “Jagdpanther mit 12,8cm PaK 80″.[/quote]

Well I edited the wiki and I wrote that, but I also wrote more than just one sentence. If you did just copypaste from the Historical Info section. It goes on later to say the below.

“It is a myth that the Panther II chassis was to be used for the 12.8 armed Jagdpanther, as the Panther II was cancelled months before the 12.8 Jagdpanther. In fact, the designation “Jagdpanther II” was never used for this vehicle. Instead, it should be called the Jagdpanther mit 12.8 cm PaK 80.”

I think it will connect to the Panzer IV medium line. Otherwise, not sure.
