Old issues of Waffen Revue a German magazine dealing with weapons and weapons development. One of the issues in 90s contained the list of tanks (dated 12th April 1945) with the respective number. All equipment that was either used by the Wehrmacht or at least had been developed to the point that it could potentially be introduced in the future received a number, from simple screws to tanks. The fact that neither E-25 nor E-50/75 tank projects ever received a number shows how unfinised those projects were.

Easily!
They just would have to cut a massive hole in the frontal armor, eliminate two crew members, remove the engine, load only 5 shells and put counterweights at the back.

I think it should be mentioned that the E-100 and the E-10 were the only E-Serie tanks to receive a equipment list (Gerätenummer) number. At least as far as I'm aware.

Gerät 21-383 Panzerkampfwagen E 100
Gerät 21-510 Hetzer E 10 (Magirus)

I think the E-5 Wanze thing might be a confusion with the Rutscher project, which does appear as well:
21-501 Rutscher (BMW)
21-502 Rutscher (Weser Hütte)

Concerning possible guns the equipment lists include several guns that I've never seen mentioned in any book:
5-815 8,8-cm-HL-Pak L/130 (!!!!)
5-1030 10,5-cm-HL Pak
5-1039 HLR L/75
HL could possible stand for Hohlladung (HEAT) or Hochleistung (High performance)

7,5 or 8,8cm L/100 don't appear in the lists so were probably never seriously considered.
