Tier 10s are not premiums and therefore won’t be sold via gift shop. The above picture is just a gift shop bundle featuring equipment that would be useful for the 121, not the 121 itself. every time WG does an On Track event they have a similar equipment bundle for whatever On Track tier 10 is featured.
