They already do make exclusive tanks for RU; there’s still quite a few premiums that can only be purchased there, and that’s not counting the old boxed sets, of which only a small amount were made and could only be purchased in Russia, Belarus or Ukraine (and included such monsters as the Panzer II J, which is the ultimate deterrent to seal-clubbing T18s).
