T-54 swollen head is definitely a nerf, but not hugely. It means the hatches are exposed earlier when going over a crest, and of course makes it a little bit more difficult to hide the whole tank behind hard or soft cover.

The bigger turret on the T-54 will be a bit of an advantage, the well angled and bouncy turret is a bigger target now.
