They way a ton. If you like to ram tiny, little light tanks in your Pz III, this is the equipment for you.

Keep in mind that getting 0.1 off of terrain resistance can be like getting 10% engine buff in some cases. And if you get from 3.0 soft terrain resistance to 2.7, then it is a LOT of maneuverability boost.
