The outer wheels look more like a Panzer II G’s. That Sfdkfz10 looks spot on … so they pulled up half a half-track eh?

It is a SdKfz.10! The vehicle has 5 roadwheels so it cant be a Sdkfz.250 or 251. The rear part with the coupling device of the SdKfz.250 and 251 also looks quite different.
