Given WG’s trend of assigning tanks to various tiers, I have a feeling that this will be tier I, with various versions of the CV.3 at tier 2 (some perhaps at tier 3 as well), and possibly the Fiat 3000 arty at tier 2.

The Fiat 2000 COULD be a premium tank, but no higher than tier 2 with its ludircously-thin armor (and since it was a heavy, so it would be the lowest-tiered heavy in the game) and ATROCIOUSLY-slow top speed of 7 km/h (this might have to be buffed up to something more competitive but still not very fast. Perhaps 14-15km/h could work, with a lot of HP as well, which would make it an Italian TOG at tier 2, basically). Of course if they do THAT then I see no reason why the Germans can’t get the A7V Sturmpanzerwagen (33-ton turretless tank with a 57 mm gun in a limited traverse mount in the front of the hull, and was actually pretty fast for its day with a maximum road speed of 15 km/h), and the British and/or Americans the Mark IV and/or Mark VIII Liberty as well.

I like to make the joke of proposing an overhaul of replacing various nations’ Tier I tanks, and proposing Tier I tanks for future nations:

The German Leichttraktor should be replaced with the captured Renault FTs that Germany was using until 1945.
The American T1 Cunningham should be replaced with the Six Ton Tank M1917
The British Vickers Medium Mk1 should be released with the British lend-lease Renault FT
The Soviet MS-1 is a modification of the Renault FT; on a completely unrelated note, it’s perfectly fine by the standards of this proposal.

I further propose that if Italy gets its own branch, its Tier I should be the Fiat 3000.
If Sweden gets its own tree, its Tier I should be the Renault FT that Sweden obtained and examined during the 1920′s
If Czechoslovakia gets its own tech tree, its Tier I should be the Renault FT, since, even though the vehicle was developed in France, Czechoslovakia was an operator of that vehicle and it fits the tier.
The Pan-European tech tree Tier I should be the Renault FT, since so many European nations used this vehicle.

In conclusion, FT, FT, FT, FT, FT, FT, and FT-17. World of Renault FT at Tier I.
