The Maus’s fuel tanks are on the inside of the vehicle, the side of the engine. What You’re probably thinking of is the flamethrower can that sat on the back hull

Indeed, but still, too bad it’s not USMC A2 hull with diesel http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:M103_Heavy_tank_at_Ft_Lewis_Military_Museum.JPG , that thing is pure beauty. My only hope is we gonna get it as optional one when they finally hit,cause right now i’m gonna be thorn between this sweet hd and the proper A2 remodel i’m currently using.

Agreed, the level of detail on the M103 is pretty spectacular.
