I had to write a Support ticket – they asked me of my latest bonus codes used, the payments for gold/ premtanks etc – just to identify me. After identification they can erase your phone number (altough, they asked for the last attempt to change password, and the sms got to me then). Or the system is now jammed because of that gold ;)

Worth their time giving 300 gold out to make sure accounts are not stolen… I am sure account recovery is a drawn out and expensive process.
