It’s common knowledge that, somehow through very stronk Russian coding skills, the game runs smoother on lower end systems than on higher systems. My comp is the same way as the OP’s, I can run any game on max settings but I get terrible FPS on WoT. WG needs to hire some western developers who know how to optimize a game because they sure as hell don’t know how to do it.
