If there&#039;s no valid tier # tank, don&#039;t make it up, players will need to spend longer at tier # -1 to get the tier  # +1. Paper tanks are one thing, if their performance claims are reasonably applied. There should be no tanks from here - http://imgur.com/a/L33kn that are Black or Dark Red in game.]]></description>
