pretty important to remember that the vietnamese make up a large proportion of the server population, almost a third I think, and they do not as a rule, fight with eachother. Basically they are one giant clan alliance, fighting against many clans who are interfighting.

We do. Actually members receive gold as they buy themselves a tier X, we also give them gold if they were in the queue for cw (ie. The 16~20th in the queue can get free gold pretty much without doing anything but showing their tanks). Still not many members set their goal at tierX :(

In VTC server Tier 10 battle is the place have the most retard people in game, I mostly play on Tier 5 -7 where most of okay player gather.

So your clan need more tank, why you dont encourage other clan’s member play more branch and unlock more Tier X tank ?

They play like a bot, joint match, rush and die, go to garage, select another tank and joint match again, repeat the cycle. When research they only research essential to go to next vehicle.

or you can hire some-guy to play and level vehicle to you.

Most of VN player go from MMORPG game where level and equipment is decide factor to win so they always want to rush to highest level possible.

One of them really impressive me. We managed to hold their offensive for days with only 5~6 casualties per night. Then suddently they change their normal setup to pure French and German autoloaders. As soon as the game start they charged directly to our base with 3 wtf e100 guarding their base. On the first day we lost most of important tanks. On the second day we had to deploy many tanks such as m60, t110e4 which are not very popular in cw. However they still managed to pull out another pure autoloader team….

Before VN merge to SEA, there was no EU map. After merging too many clans get overwhelmed so they decided to open the EU map
