never speak ill of the Bob Semple tank, it is made of stronk Kiwi engineering and has corrugated armour plate to provide armour values greater than mere sloped plate of weaker tanks. its many machineguns mean it can never be surrounded and thus never truly die. Just be glad it was never used in warfare because the kiwis have a sense of mercy

At least the Bob semple and most of those type of vehicles were produced at a desperate time in war – this proposal was at the start of the Warsaw Pact with no immediate confrontation looming.

Although the Bob Semple was not a tank according to its real proposal it was a mobile bunker with the “armoured body” being capable of being removed and mounted on the ground. Hype and attempts to boost morale cause all sorts of claims to be made about equipment.
