PuchNiX it is a good thing for people with terrible latency stuck on a certain server. As for troublemakers i think i read on FTR that people with chatbans,tk bans will not be able to use roaming feature. Shit i was once chat banned in 2011, hope i will be allowed to use roaming.

In my opinion, the NA server is friendlier than the EU and RU servers, but with server roaming, TKing will be from almost never to way too common….

Same can be said about Europeans or Americans or anyone for that matter, assholes are not limited to a single nation.

As for regulation, I think they’ll put up a zero tolerance policy of some sorts, like if you’ve caused trouble, you get banned from roaming indefinitely. Read something along those lines on FTR, but that was a long time ago. Could have changed, but I think its a good idea on the surface.
