The very first tanks to be deployed in Vietnamese army were 100 T34/85s in 1959. And yes, we killed Pattons with T-34/85s together with T-54s and K-59s (Type-59)

We even wrote a song about tank crews. Its name is “5 brothers on a tank” (I try to keep the original meaning in this translation, so grammar is ruined also):
