Something about Vietnamese Armored Force :D

http://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binh_ch%E1%BB%A7ng_T%C4%83ng-Thi%E1%BA%BFt_gi%C3%A1p,_Qu%C3%A2n_%C4%91%E1%BB%99i_Nh%C3%A2n_d%C3%A2n_Vi%E1%BB%87t_Nam

The very first tanks to be deployed in Vietnamese army were 100 T34/85s in 1959. And yes, we killed Pattons with T-34/85s together with T-54s and K-59s (Type-59)

Here are some footages:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vF5_mw0JHUI

We even wrote a song about tank crews. Its name is "5 brothers on a tank" (I try to keep the original meaning in this translation, so grammar is ruined also):

5 brothers on a tank (are)
like 5 flowers blooming from a same raceme,
like 5 fingers on a same hand (and)
when rush into battles all of 5 (are) just like 1.

Became tank men some first some then
Trait of living and eating one has his own. (in short: habit)
But when singing we join one rhythm
(If) One person's in pain, all will not eat.
(literally, we have a saying One horse's in pain, the whole stable won't eat)

5 brothers, one man one home,
got on the tank, then remains only 1 direction.
Fire up the engine, together we forward.
Enemies in front, (we) only know: attack !

5 brothers we have 5 names,
but when on (the) tank, no more proper names
On the turret, one star with fire color.
5 hearts share 1 bustling beat.

One road, soil's red as vermillion
One jungle, green endlessly with hope
One will flies over the muzzle,
One faith of definite victory in this battle!

Very good read. Thank you for translating.

Some minor typos in french (from original czech post):
1er Régiment Etranger de Cavalerie (no s)
Chatellerault M1924/29
1er Régiment de Chasseurs à Cheval (accent, minor)
Régiment Blindé Colonial d’Extrême-Orient (accent, minor)
(Sous-)groupements Blindés (unecessary)
Escadron de Marche du 1er Régiment de Chasseurs à Cheval (accent, minor)
3e Régiment Blindé Vietnamien (no e)

I think, you also misuse amphibeans for amphibious multiple time, but i'm not sure of that. Sorry if I'm wrong.
