It did for a short time EARLY in WoT’s development (we’re talking during Beta). The developers responsible to that iirc were “transferred to other projects”.

Only here in EU / NA… But i doubt it that nobody plays it in russia. After all, Storm said that they were aiming for the 5% players (who play this mode).

It’s one of my favorite tanks as it is. Slightly better frontal armor will not change much, cause power creep is the problem – armor wont save you anyway. Lower tiers can be out-dpmed by changing two hits for one. Changing accuracy and gun soft stats is ok, it will make exposure time shorter.
It is more balanced than fatton, that has good gun soft stats and that’s all. It plays more like centurion 7, but turret is bigger target, it has no camo to outspot nearly anything despite 420m view range, it can’t hide in some bushes useable by other meds, and track repair time is a bad joke, cause any medium can permatrack you even with full repairs on crew and you can be easily hit into cupola by tank that you cant even see. When you can deal with that limitations it’s quite ok, but …
