Hmm.. not sure about that “Buff” – this is again a WGN Brainfart imho… this tank is meanwhile so far off the “planned historical” values like there’s no tomorrow.. this Thing would be suited to put it in T8 as a Premium and adjust it to the historical values, not pumping it up with to make it halfways competitive in T9 with fantasy armor-values, right?

But “if” this Tank would be the Sidescraper within in T9 – so why not buff the silly 100mm Sidearmor (even Löwe has 100mm) to 120mm like the E-75? Who the heck is shooting UFP’s anyways if there is a LFP below it you can rarely hide?!

But hey, better than nothin, right? Well, i don’t even know.. but so we take it and.. shhht ^^

I said goodie because of the germen buff. and i said 1st because its my very 1st time in repying to a topic that hasent been touched. Also hello everyone completely new to this place, anyways back to the buff. I hope they do buff that VK it needs it seriously. an osalading back turret is a nerf in its own way.. at the sametime a buff.. example you can detrack people alot easier tge sooner they poke there track out. ik it dont mean anything butt.. it do mean you can keep him tracked so your team can punish him. I have the FV heavy tank. Anyways the armor buff helps this tank and clearly shows that wargaming is slowly.. slowly loseing its bi-est feelings for germeny. Anyway thats how i feel about it. Now anyone else feels that way?

They’ve been slowly removing MG ports for years now from all tanks.

Additionally, this is a tank in a video game, not the ME 262. Who cares if it took time, buffing the tank before or now doesn’t make a serious difference. We’re not dependent on the VK 45.02 B to be good to have fun.

the MG weakspot is still somewhat there – just look at the slope – but now the VK 45.02 is that much closer to frontlining as well as the E-75 can. That’s a big benefit, but I’d personally like the E-75′s side armor.

It’s entirely outclassed by the E-75. The latter can sidescrape better, has a better angle for the front plate, is much more mobile, doesn’t have an MG weakspot, mounts the same gun, takes engine hits better, has a better engine placement, and turns almost as fast as a medium.

You want to deal with a VK 45.02? Just bypass him. He won’t turn, and the engine’s in the middle. It is just not comparable in utility. If the VK 45.02 screws up sidescraping (which /will/ happen) the likely place he gets penetrated is in the center, which is the location of the gas tanks and engine.

Additionally, I call 2000 damage a mediocre game in the T54E1 and an decent game in the E-75.

F*ck the whereabouts of that turret, anybody else spotted that 252mm spaced armor being added somewhere? if that’s the gun mantlet, with the buff to the hull armor, this might be pretty nice buff actually

Pointless buff IMO. The frontal armor isn’t this tank’s main problem, considering it has more than the E75. They should’ve given it more size armor and fixed the turret instead so it can actually do the one thing it’s decent at effectively.
