EULAs are not above the law, if they ban people they will have to return their money, so for the most part they do not ban, they just remove any content that wasn’t bought.

I have an i7 GTX 770 16 Go + double 128Go SSD in Raid. and Algeria is not even in the top 20 countries in Africa. By the way we don’t have credit cards either. You have to trust someone to pay something for you … but they use stolen cards almost all the time (so not an option)
