Unfortunately, there was no attention paid to both accidents, no safety investigations as far as the public was concerned. Are they inherently unstable vehicles due to their high center of gravity? Or was it more likely human error? Both vehicles reportedly lost control at high speeds. How well protected are the crew?

Hope some one with some experience serving with such vehicles can shed some light.
