I already ground 58k exp on it months ago – 58k because 60k is just about the average exp needed to unlock tier 6 (I thought so anyway).

I almost face-palmed myself then I thought even a face-desk won’t do.

240 alpha is not “huge” at tier 6. Especially when you have Russians running around with 390 alpha…

Comparing TDs to TDs, Russia has almost 3 times the alpha at tier 8. So I don’t know where you’re getting the “HELLCAT HAS SAME ALPHA AT TIER 6!!!”

If it could actually pen anything and do consistent damage, it might be viable for more than a gimmick setup.

But at tier 10, where the T49 will spend most of it’s time, 150 penetration is not much. Then add to the fact that most tier 10 tanks have spaced armor everywhere in one form or another and HEAT becomes practically worthless. Especially HEAT with 150 penetration…

The T49 had a very nice 173-pen 90mm gun and Wargaming decided to remove it. They want you to either use the gimmick setup (152mm) or spam gold with the semi-smoothbore.

Neither option is acceptable to me. Therefore I will not be grinding out the tank.

250 alpha and 190 pen is more than majority of tier 8 mediums, that sees tier 10 regular. Try again.com.

- Why? This is a nerf for all people who have maintenance skill and/or fire extinguisher. Again WG is making game more noob friendly.

What will happen if your Barracks are full, the KV-85 has 1 less crew than the KV-1S :P…

Free Barracks increase?
Or just Overloaded Barracks?

Yep, already confirmed. No free tank, no free garage slots. If you have one it will be replaced with KV-85. Simple.
