The Wolverine IS there. Just inside their closed garage. The turret is in the back next to all the army trucks (behind the Hard Knocks Cafe food van). I managed to quickly snap a picture of it (Woverine) before a staff member closed the door.

It’s very blurry though.

The ACAV (Armored Cavalry Assault Vehicle) kit is basically gun shields added to the cupola and to the sides for the M2 .50 caliber and the M60 .30 caliber machineguns.
