I have Solution for you (It Can sound like a joke but it’s not) send new ticket to WG asking them how you can send them massage in earlier ticket

I did not close it yet, but there is no possibility to answer to the ticket. It only says “ticket has been answered”.

And the support said I should contact them as soon as I paid everyone (did a mistake while buying gold -> “chargeback issue”, acc closed) with the confirmation that I paid (the service would send me a confirmation e-mail).
Now I received this e-mail, I screenshot’d it and am now actually ready to send this all to WG, and I am just wondering how.
I have put this together into a new ticket (told them the ticket number of the first ticket of course) and now waiting for a reply.

And thanks to you for replying at all, I really appreciate your help.
