Not to mention those are pure fake in open daylight levels such as in WoT.  Stencil shadows are more for dark horror games, generated by close light sources. (flashlight, lamps, light bulbs, etc).

Soft shadows were alot better and even those were fake. Take a look at PCCS (percentage closer soft shadows) in Far Cry 4.
