Why is it stupid? Someone wants to buy gold, they buy it and get a free tank instead of just buying it. What is stupid about that?

It makes a great deal more sense for wargaming to bundle these rare tanks. Since tanks like BTSV and such have never been sold, only given as a free gift upon buying something else wargaming is free to hit them with the nerf bat if they ever become a problem, unlike tanks people actually spent money on rather than getting as a free gift.

Buy gold get a not normally available tank for free is not a bad offer tbh, it is better than prem tank for normal price and get some equipment (that you probably don’t need) free.

Still wargaming need to lower the gold amounts on these offers, people will only buy so much gold and not many people will be able to justify buying extra gold just for a shitty little gift tank multiple times. I woud have bought 4k gold at 15 for it, same for the BTSV, wargaming would still get the same money off me for the same amount of gold, but i would have 2 unique tanks instead of 1. Instead i have bought neither.

Actualy is best ofert in this calendary. Discount on gold + tank for free.
But if u not need gold… is too expensive.
I use gold most for unmount module and crew retrening (I have enough garage slots).
