Why all make such a fuss about this aim bot...... so many players use this that it is already funny.....go check clan Guerillas on NA. They all use this..... http://www.twitch.tv/team/guerillas

Even ZEVEN_NA who I had a feeling is a cool guy with a lot of skill and I and spotted that he is using his ainbot on twich while on live stream..... just be alert when he is fully zoomed out how he snipes weak spots and his reticle is looking for a better spot on a tank..... he only uses it when zoomed out so it is hard to spot but if you guys keep a close eye you can spot how he has his aim bot turned on at all times .......

Around 9:10 the recticle always follows the crosshair, and in that very second he even shoots at the wall.

He even aims at the angled turret in that situation, not at the machine gun weakspot of the front hull. If it's an aimbot, why did it aim at the strongest part of the enemy tank in that situation?
Don't just look at those parts where he aims at weak spots, but also those where he aims at other places! With a weakspot aiming aimbot there should not be any such situations. Each of them is evidence that he does not use an aimbot.

His gun may have gone up - there is no way to see that from that straight above position.

And in the end, while finishing off the Churchill at 9:32 he even carefully manually aims at its rear. It's certainly a bit unusual not to use sniper mode in that situation, but i don't see anything there that someone with a bit of practice at aiming in third person view couldn't have done.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPrv5VSr77Y#t=9m30s

Seriously, this guy just likes to use third person view a bit more than most others. There even used to be rumours about "hitting better" in third person view on the forums and in teamspeak chat. That however doesn't make him a cheater.

Here you go for the replay:

http://forum.worldoftanks.eu/index.php?/topic/344968-wie-ein-elc-ein-gefecht-entscheidet-replay-sammelthread/page__st__100__pid__9644808#entry9644808

In the follow-up post a player even explicitly wonders how i score so many snapshots. The ELC is different in playstyle than a Chaffee, but the point is made, IMHO. I can look up many other replays in which i score lots of snapshots in third person view with my ELC. And keep in mind that the ELC has horrible accuracy on the move compared to a Chaffee, which even specializes at that!

That's easy.
Quickybaby does that a lot while playing the Centurion 7/1 with the 20pdr.

E.g. this one at about 3:22, two out of three shots are fired on the move in third person view and both score damage.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bn2Sb1mFvLw&t=3m35s

Also remember that the player uploaded this as an epic battle. *Of course* there are going to be lots of lucky shots in it that may have missed in other cases. If they had missed, then it wouldn't have become an epic battle and thus not been uploaded.

I do use autoaim for that. What i was referring to is how the recticle jumps over the target while doing so, which looks just like it does in the video with the churchill at the house.

However, the important part is that he aimed with the crosshair! All videos of aimbots that i have seen so far do take control of the recticle, just like normal autoaim does. They do *not* take control of the crosshair/camera!

It's somewhat unusual to aim manually from above, but nothing suspicious.

Even warpack only advertises "smart modified autoaim", which means that one still has to activate autoaim on the target. The player in the vid did no such thing. The recticle did not snap to weak points either but always followed the main crosshair.

If there is any evidence of a brand new aimbot that takes control of the main crosshair and camera, i'd like to see it. Otherwise this whole video is nothing but begging the question, by presupposing that there is an aimbot that takes control of the camera in first instance.

my M103's frontal was penetrated by T21 regular shells, hack?? no, use tank inspector to learn more, dont trust those numbers, your LFP armor is very weak. He might use weak spot skin and aimbot, and RNG did the rest; or he played well and RNG blessed him. Every time your lose, blame yourself first, foch wn8 then, or at least look at recent wn8!
"eg the Vietnamese player base." ur racist??
then try to find out sth like warpack in my replays, as a Vietnamese player, VPA's member

@4:56 - So because a player is comfortable enough in his tank to not need to verify every shot with sniper view... he's gotta be using a bot? Medium and Light drivers use sniper mode less and less because with those tanks, your mobility is your armor, Seeing where you are going is a damn sight more important than seeing where your shot is going to go. Over time of playing this way it gets easier to understand how aiming works with third person.

as for all the snapping motions. the amount of times that camera moved and then the reticle caught up is insane. It looks like server-side reticle behaviour for the most part, and considering the insane amount of mods the uploader is using, it wouldn't surprise me if the reticle is purely server-side. I think if this replay was watched in vanilla unmodded clients that snapping behaviour would vanish
