I agree with pretty much everything you said except for the 13 75 bit. If the only thing WG is planning on buffing the accuracy, wouldn’t it still be outclassed by the T71? The T71 would still have the edge in mobility, pen and damage, plus the ability to use a V-Stabilizer.

The scouts really don’t have trouble with their cannons – they have trouble getting pitched against bigger enemies than they can handle on their own… Just give them normal MM and balance accordingly

You can 2 shot the easely if you have money for heat youll have a great time at the back of t9 heavys or sides of some meds

VK 26 is rubbish compared to other tier 6 scouts, I’ll take a AMX 12t or T37 over it any day.
