Why makes Wargaming not a special room where you can test every verhicle, like in WarThunder. That would be handy.

Hell, why not a proper test-drive on the live server, where you pay for repairs but make no money or xp, with a 50% crew? It would be nice to drive a type or kv-5 to see if one of the missions is worth going for the big reward.

I sometimes play with a friend who never plays wot, on the testserver haha he has 30 wn8 on the live server

I don’t know the structure of their database, but it’s likely they don’t have it optimized to work retroactively. Meaning they’d have to:

Look for all the battles with such criteria (if they are even saved). This alone is not a simple task if some info is missing (and it’s likely it is and they can’t do something like WHERE allLightTanksDestroyed BY player00-29)
Look over to linked players that should have gotten the medal.
Add the medal (still in the DB) to the players, and if some checks are done, to the battles as well.

Probably somewhere between half a day to days for a single person, which is simply not worth it.

If Wargaming don’t put all premium tanks available for all players on test server, why not implement a system to “rent” premium tanks like KV-5, Type 62, KV-220, etc, (tanks available on premium shop bundles), to be played on training mode. War Thunder have already a system for that, and is a big + for players.

Yea, right. Guess they have never played on CT server before. From what I saw there are like 10% of players to test new stuff and 90% just to play with tanks they are going to get or they will never get on regular server.

Perhaps I’d like to see the effectiveness of a new tank against the Type 59?

Also it would be the best way to disillusion players about it being some kind of instant win tank.
