That is the only logical reason to care what the picture of a crew member you can’t even see in battle looks like.

I’ll take as many of the female crew members as I can get, the equivalent of BiA plus another perk at 100% for free. Sign me up. I don’t care if my tank is crewed with the Village People so long as they have a good skill set.
