The obj 260 is superior, specialy in the gun department where it has almost german accuracy and aim time. I mean 2.5s aim time with 0.36acc and 440 dmg and 260mm apcr pen is pretty darn good. I know 260mm aprc is less than 258mm AP but still. With that accuracy and aim time you can pin point weakspots in close to medium range faster and more precise. Also the armor is god like, only weakspot is lower plate I guess.

Does Bat chat have 160 mm frontal armor that bounce off any thing? No
Does Bat chat have magical Russian space armor in the side that can bounce off > 200 mm pen APCR round? No
Obj 260 is a HEAVY, not a MEDIUM tank.
In other hand:
Does any heavy have top speed 60 kph and P/W ratio even better than some medium? No
Does any heavy have APCR as standard round and premium round is HEAT? No
