Maybe because it’s one of the three largest communities on EU server? (and in EU, largest = most paying). According to you logic it’s the English that is somehow redundant as there are very few native English speakers around (compared to other nationalities).

Maybe the game / forum should be in original language eg. Belarussian, including the script, in order to make those English-is-the-only-language-on-Earth idiots think a bit. Mate, there are areas where English is next to shit when it comes to speak with locals. And those areas are neither small nor insignificant (let take France, Italy, Spain, much of South America, parts of United States, most of Balkans etc. as examples).

Fortunately idiots like you don’t usually make decisions…

Origin has absolutely amazing support, you get into a chat with someone competent under 5 minutes and he will then spend as long as you want him to trying to find out how to fix your problem, if that isn’t possible they’ll offer immediate refunds or give you other games in exchange.

Once when I had a ticket that there were a few responses to (all in English) they suddenly decided to answer in Spanish. The really funny thing is that is was a response to someone else’s ticket.
