same for the 7/55. the rule is 7/54. so that’s an exploit. like if they allowed 15 tier 10s in the 7/54 format. then while you can do that, the rules say 7/54.

like take baseball for example. you can’t cork your bat. but you bring the bat and it is up to you to pick the non-corked bat. see the sammy sosa incident back in the HR wars years ago.
