is it in any way related to the Krupp-MAK VT-1 (twin 105mm guns) or VTS1 (elevated gun)?

Edit: I was wrong, sorry, had to ask Madestcat. The boxes behind each gun contain four shells each and an automatic loader.

So what about reloading?
When the magazines are empty, would they need to lower the guns and get out of the vehicle to reload or were there any hatches at the side of the hull where the guns go to when lowered?
