ON the 9.0 test server the stock turret was from the early development T24(it was flat top.)The production M24 had a Commanders copula.
the T21 needs to be moved to a tier 5 position then the T24/M24 chaffee

So i imagine that the chaffee will lose its big head soon or whenever light tanks are rebalanced.
