I can imagine if they used them each tank would be relative to the average tier of tanks in that PvE match.

I mean they already modeled the Ratte tank somewhat years ago as part of an april fools joke.

Might be extremely content-poor at stock, but Zero Hour arranges it. And it has two awesome mods : Shockwave (US, balanced, stable) or Contra (RU, fun overkill units though a little unbalanced) make it one of the best of the 2000s. IMHO of course. :)
