Hello everyone,

I’ll be brief – on EU server, if you change the password, you will get 300 gold. The reason is probably the recent big e-mail password leak.

  3. Yeah, no gold for me… again. I was foolish once to add my cell phone number and WG is always ever since unable to send me the verification SMS code. I wish I’ll never need to change my password. :’(

    • U can remove your phone number from system without send a ticket. It’s new!
      Then could reset your password with e-mail.

      • Yes, and for that you need to receive the code on your phone… Great thing is that it doesn’t work because I would change the password if i could receive the code on my phone in the first place….

    • This is very old bug at WG SMS gate. They have two gates, one is sending correct SMS, the other sends it corrupted and u can’t read it. I have reported it about two years ago, never solved. So u can try to get the SMS code another day/week and hope, that the other SMS gate will send it to you. Smartphone displays empy message, old nokia says: corrupted message. So disable cellphone verification and live without it.

      • Yeah last time I wanted to change password and reported this problem only thing they did was that they reseted my pass, so I was able to change it, but they didnt fix the problem. I often dont receive any message at all :-(

    • Also , with closed economy system , as we saw here on FTR , this 300 gold means that less gold will be purchased , therefore SLIGHTLY WORSE weekend speshuls will come…or WG has high hopes in M56 Shitorpion.

This mobile SMS system is so pointless and stupid… my brother will most likely never get gold, or change password, because his old card is locked, and wg keeps sending codes to that number… i mean, if you want to change phone number, 98% of the time it will happen because you dont have access to the old one…
    so now it’s unremovable, and wg wants a screenshot of a payment (!) that we made to them, in order to accept a ticket, well fvk your gold then.

    • You want any Tom, Dick or Harry sending in a ticket and removing your 2nd authentication factor?

      Proving you are who you say you are is nothing new.
