          Type 59 ( barely worse than normal mediums, stomps on tier 7′s and lower with ease and because of this will never be sold again.) -1
          Super pershing, Hated by most of who drives it for being a slug with a bad gun and big weakspots, hated by IS tanks for having hard to hit weakspots ( for those terrible 122mm guns ) -1

          Matilda IV, bouncy bouncy can’t flank barely played rarely pen without firing premium tank -1
          Matilda BP, i.e. often frustrating, praying for city maps or smaller maps or at least no steep hills. -1

          T-25, It’s pretty damn good, actually. +1

          -5 + 3 = -2, I’m not convinced in the competence of WG in regards to making mediums balanced, especially at higher tiers ( or fun to play for that matter ) Apparently medium premium tier 8 = has to be slow as all fuck with bad gun penetration. ( except the french medium because reasons? )

          • Personally I like Super Pershing despite shit teams I end up. Currently it’s my income generating tank of choice (other possibilities are T34, IS-6 and now almost useless KV-5).
            Low ammo costs, low repair costs, not so sluggish as T34, better armor.

            • I don’t have it so I couldn’t judge it myself, I’m just echo’ing others. I would have tried it on the test server… but armour is just too obsolete there to do so.

              • Further Proof of incompetence
                T-44-85, worse gun than T-43 underpowered on tier 7 ? No shit.
                T-44-122, worse armour, worse gun but playable, let’s make it supertester only.
                T-54 Light, comfortable to drive, fits perfectly but… we need a light tank for the motherland
                T-54 v1945, Stock T-54 with the D1OT, Slightly faster than the Super Pershing…with a dubiously armoured turret and a hull that you need to angle the armour of to have it be effective, great… looking forward to see rage on the forum about awful ground resistance for balance and unicrums stating that the tank is only useful for grinding USSR medium crews, not even making credits because WG feared another Type 59 fiasco.

                Premium Medium tanks aren’t allowed to drive like medium tanks on tier 8, Type 59 happens.

                  anyway fv4202 is the best chance WG has at making a legit tier8prem med. now if it gets pref MM it’ll be very popular, now if it doesn’t then GG WG.

                • FV4202 has the manoeuvrability but low top speed while having slightly ridiculous pen to compensate for that. I’m looking forward to it, honestly. If they give the T-54 Prototype 1945 175 pen with a top speed of 38 km/h with bad engine power ( HP/ton) like anticipated I will seriously consider it getting it over the Prototype T-54.

                  It’s great having a medium with usuable armour but their attempts at making wealthier bad to mediocre players fire almost exclusively gold in russian tanks to make them blatantly OP are just too obvious. But for me I’m buying a tank to actually grind silver, not have a ”I boost my winrate and can shoot gold as much as I like and still afford it” tank. It’s especially hilarious if they counter it by giving it bad DPM for it’s tier.

                  ( I’m just going to mostly ignore the baddie comment, because most players are below 50% even if I ain’t. Not that I am a unicrum or even blue, just a yellow melon but I find it rude to just call out baddies unless they are writing something especially retarded. ( T-44-85 wasn’t good, T-44-122 isn’t close to T-44, T-54 light is because there was no other option left. T-54 prototype if anyway close to historical will be absolute trash if they don’t buff the D1OT gun beyond historical penetration value’s which are better than what it has now but still not good enough for a slow medium) whatever )

          • My only concern about Matilda BP is its low ammo count. 55 shells is a very small amount when you can shoot every 2 seconds (and below, with skills, BIA, etc.). Other than that, I love that little, sluggish tank. :)

            And remember: Matilda is never early nor it is late, it is always on (its) time. :P

            • I’ve been late with the Matilda BP enough times despite my high winrate on it. It’s soooooooo slow gosh darnit. I mean, slower than the churchill, really? A medium tank? It’s fun in small maps or maps with good Sniping spots, but it’s hardly a medium in playingstyle, more like a poorly armoured high DPM low alpha heavy or low alpha TD depending on the map

            • Correct, that one is somewhat fine, Fury however is awkward as all hell. I haven’t been able to get along with low penetration guns on tanks with lower topspeed. I have enough suffering with the A-43 in tier 8 matches trying to shoot the rears of most enemy tanks… ( at least it’s fanastic in any other matchup, fuck that IS-3 spaced side armour, shooting into the hull through the tracks is so random, ugh ) ( heck, I get more lucky with shooting down on the engine deck if I can, rarely. )

    • This AMX CDC should be in the French tree as a TD, not as a premium MT !
      It seems that WG is voluntarily screwing the French tree on the altar of the Belarusian ruble …

  3. At least the gun is high up in the turret of the Conway, you’ll be able to go hull down without having to show too much, unlike the Prius.

      • I might not have been clear enough. I meant a regular Tiger roadwheel AS the idler. I was under the impression that there’s a good reason why idlers were designed to be significantly lighter than regular roadwheels.
