as you might have noticed, in last few days, Russian videos from new light tank gameplay emerged on the internet. Handpicked Russian players and streamers, who are basically so friendly with WG their channels are de facto WG extensions were allowed to do that. Here’s one with T49.

It is, sort of, for a howitzer
HEAT and HE were fired out of that gun at 683m/s, which while being subpar, is similar to longer 75/76mm guns and about 50% faster than 105mm derp guns
and a little faster than the e100 heat :D
Is it just me or does movement seem quite sluggish?
I find it’s not so different from AMX 13 90

In all respects these videos are more or less pointless, fair enough there showing mobility and partial gun characteristics, but what would have been better and more usefull is actual combat footage, but I guess that’s not allowed to be shown, shame really

They could have shown examples of gun depression and a test of damage rolls against an armored target. This video is nearly useless.
I haven’t seen anyone mentioning it, but is that line on the minmap something WG added or? The white thick line that shows where you are aiming(looking).

Well, i don’t think it’s a mod since all the videos(videos were from different players) about new LTs in 9.3 had that line and they weren’t using any other mods.
Looks like all the videos were pre-made and just distributed to those “youtubers” so each of them gets to show off one tank, or rather different vids of same tanks. All these vids are too similar to be made by different people, those “youtubers” or “streamers” just overlaid their voice.
^^Might be. But still that white line were in all of them, and i haven’t noticed any other mods in the videos.

WG: 2 different tanks named T49? dont worry, we’ll change the name to T67 ;)
And the the two T34?
WG: there aren’t two T34, one is T34, the other T-34 -.-
T67 is historical at least.
The name change to T67 is due to it’s module loadouts, not because they cared about same digit names(and they could have easily added an “AT” or “GMC” after it to differentiate it)
it definetly seems like intresting tank..are they goona put those new gun sounds form the last patch when they tested it or..

It doesn’t seem to lose much speed going over the mounds either. Seems like a really mobile 15cm-Rhm.
Better get it and have fun with it before the nerf.
