Weekly FTR Contributor Review

Hello everyone,

once again it’s the time to thank the contributors, it’s you who keep FTR running after all! Sorry for the delay by the way, I was just handling an issue with my Paypal page (IRS: “Are you an American?!” Me: “No” IRS: “PROVE IT!!!!” – because apparently, scans of your ID, passport and driver license (all of them at the same time) are not enough).

I know that it is completely unrelated, but I need your help: How to contact the WG customer support without opening a new ticket? I can’t answer to my current one…

  And the support said I should contact them as soon as I paid everyone (did a mistake while buying gold -> “chargeback issue”, acc closed) with the confirmation that I paid (the service would send me a confirmation e-mail).
  Now I received this e-mail, I screenshot’d it and am now actually ready to send this all to WG, and I am just wondering how.
  I have put this together into a new ticket (told them the ticket number of the first ticket of course) and now waiting for a reply.

Paypal can be sometimes very sketchy when it comes to their rules.
