Not much today.

- new motion physics will definitely not come this year

- Storm likes the Staligrad map
- apparently, there is also a bug, where the reload timer is not working correctly (either with or without mods) on some tanks, the T54E1 in particular. Storm knows about it now.
- Q: “Do you suck dick and like it in the ass?” A (SerB): “Yes, I prefer blacks.” (SS: funny, but I am not quite sure if this is how professionals should reply)

    • did any of you really expected it to come this year ?

      0.9.5 will also not come this year. And if so, it will be without british TD branch, HD models, or anything other than bug fixes…

    • I agree they can go to hell. How many retarded promo videos about physics did I sit through over the last year? Maybe 4 or so? All lies to stop people playing WT if you ask me.

      I expect the release of motion physics will coincide with the open beta of AW.

    • It’s November. It’d be kind of hard to rush that stuff out in about 6 weeks to have it done by the end of this year.

  2. Yeah, I’ve noticed the reloading issue a few times in my M41. Where it will get the guns mixed up (The autoloader and the single shot)

      • It’s broken in my Conqueror GC as well. It’ll count down a bit, then reset over and over like this. I have to hit f8 to spam my reloading status to see how much longer I actually have to wait.

          • I got it today on Tiger II, WZ-111 and a few others. I wonder if it’s because of Jimbo crosshair which I’m using…

            • Jimbo here to, whenever I switch the camera from arcade view to sniper back and forth during a reload, the original state will remember the reload status but not the second state. On my side, this is just a crosshair reload timer visual bug thought, I mean it does’nt affect the reload speed for real, like in: even if timer is not right, when the real reload time is over, timer comes back to zero.

      • See, that’s why Russians are awesome… while the rest of the world sucks a lot of dick to the mantra “customer is always right”, Russians adopt a much more sane approach of “If you want what I am selling, welcome. If you don’t, well go fuck yourself”. They don’t have to be politically correct or suck up to stupidity of average user (that is to say that average wot player is a fucking moron and there is 50% of people worse than average).

        I applaud Serb for being a fucking man and standing up while pathetic managers everywhere bend over everytime a customer has some idiotic request.

        • U know, SerB is fron BELArussia, and also in all rus games i’ve played, devs were interested in having more players and funds. Having normal forum Q&A thread and so on is common

        • 1) I don’t think anyone important in WG is Russian. They are from another oppressing country.
          2) Yeah, it shows perfectly how strong Russian are. Not like they are in a recession, lost 30% xrate on rubel and capital is fleeing from their awesome country.
          3) Also everyone just loves how they censorship media, oppress freedom of speech and prefer citizens on their sexual orientation, religion and political views. Great country.

    Good answer. Sure he can let the question uncommented or even delete them, but I like to answer such idiot question on my own in my business life when I’m in the right mood for it.

    However, I would like to see them check their new ramming damage. Sometimes my tank recieves running damage just because someone stand next to my left or right site.

        Mediums are not delegated to sniping / taking snapshots / playing like a hull-down heavy half the game till there is an opening in a flank and can actually flank and therefore be played like intended is totally overpowered, unbalanced!

        Instead of learning what map awareness…. is everyone loves the three corridor system, right? I love me some corridors, Arty loves them too, TD’s with good armour fap to them no need to press W till all enemies are dead! /sarcasm

          • I’ve only played on it three times myself, I still just do ”whatever” on that map… Clueless lemon I am. Strangely enough I find Kharkov better looking…

            • i got stalingrad like 10 times yesterday and that map is shit for anything without armor (me in my borsig …) so i didn’t like it. its not clear where tf you can go and where not. some rubbelstuff is jumpable in one way some not at all i really don’t like it

    • The problem I have is this (I have had about 10 games on it all from the south)
      Everyti,e I played on the map, my team got ROFLsrtomped, or the position I get into just gets so full of friendlies it is impossible to do something useful.
      When I switch to another flank, I am just suddenly surrounded by enemies, that seem to know exactly where I am but I am unable to get sights on their positions

      • thing is people are still learning basic tactics for this map.
        at one point shit will be more balanced

    • to me, that map is just frustrating.
      It seems unfinished.. if it was built with the destruction in mind.. it really needs it.

      They really should somehow distinct what can be destroyed and what cannot.
      Place a different texture over destructables or i dont know…

      Two identical buildings, you can run through one, but cannot destroy the other.
      Its just frustrating when you are trying to run and you dont know if you can pass through that fence or it will stop your 60ton monster and you will need to go back and choose another way… You are literally fighting the environment instead of enemy team.

    Isnt that a fake? Could you link the actual post?

    • It was in the comments for the latest post, but it’s true, that it was just a printscreen. The original will be impossible to find in any case, because it would have been archived ever since (the answer is one year old).

      • Yeah I’ve seen the screenshot and the reason I think it’s a fake is that it happens that I somewhat know the exact person who asked the question. And I think he just edited HTML content of original forum page and made a screenshot of it.

  14. The reload bug happened to me with JagdPanther too, it was showing double time (14s), but after gun was really reloaded (7s), it become green. Sometimes it keeps countdowning, but i can shoot after 7s.
    This is strange, but rare

    Yea, childish questions require childish answers, that is kind of a rule of thumb.

    Hah, I thought it was Jimbo’s fault. But nope – another WGs fuckup. Mostly happens on my Cent 7/1, sometimes in the middle of the reload the timer resets to 9.9s and starts going down again.

  21. Its not just a tiny reload timer issue….Its a gamebreaking POS.

    So I am playing in STB1 and get hit and bam my reload pops to 15 secs. So I thnk I must be ammoracked or have loader dead and not know it….NOPE

    I cannot repair or heal and so from the first minute of game my STB1 becomes semiuseless putting out 1500 DPM.

    This has happend to me 4 times in 40 games.
