That tier 7 looks massive / huge. The STB is awesome. Can’t wait to add it to my garage.
Its about as big as a king tiger if i remember correctly. Longer but narrower.
Actually its as big as the ARL 44 (if i remember correctly). Still that teir 7… damn that thing looks dangerous.

It’s a beauty. I’m gonna grind it even with bad gun depression.
It’s not that bad, -5 is borderline gun depression before it’s seriously bad. Perhaps in the future WG will indeed add the suspension system. You never know.
-5 is pretty bad. Try chinese, hills are their mortal enemy.
Last i checked it was -6, and then another -6 (-12) if they add the automatic suspension. Which i have a feeling they might as the s-tank and a few other not so well know tanks need it to be added.
We can only hope it comes in the Havok update.

look at it this way, they’re happy tanks! They have bad depression, so makes sense doesn’t it?
The Chinese don’t have any gun depression because their government requires them to be happy.

So what? It is, without a doubt, best tier 10 medium gun. Im not complaining about it…
compared to leo 1, it wil lget less pen but better rof.
leo already haves great dpm…but this thing…also while its slower…
the gun must be NASTY.
compared to leo:
- less gun depression
- less view range
- less rate of fire
- worse camo
+ far better turret armor (not russian-like, but still good)
+ maybe better module durability
I think it’s hard to compare anything with the leopard, as the leo is a superior tank in every aspect apart from armor, therefor there are not many ways left to make it “unique” than armor.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I am pretty sure that the japanese will have a better rate of fire actually, not worse as you said.

+1, I do not see why people say the Leo 1 is sexier, the Type 74 and her prototypes are drop dead sexy.
Compared to the three russian mediums wich use the exact same guns, this thing’s gun will be at least a bit diffrent from the Leo 1 (wich is in turn a bit diffrent from the FV4202
No, the difference is, It doesnt matter if 3 tanks from different nations use the same gun with variably different stats, but 3 russian tier X Mediums with the exact same gun on all 3 is the problem.

Educated guess would be the small wartimes have less than the usual 5, the bigger ones the usual 5 (plus maybe an extra loader in the Chi-Ri, idk) and the postwars the generation-typical 4.

The gun mantle seems like a part of the turret…strange.
I’m not sure, but maybe it’s a mantletless design? Like FV4202 and Chieftain?
Actually, it has a mantlet but it doesn’t overlap with the turret armor, that’s why it’s on level with the turret front. Check the side screenshots posted some time ago.
By the looks of Japanese tanks I hope they have a good amount of penetration in their guns.
