Hello everyone,
here is the yesterday’s stream with Rita and me… and, unexpectedly, The_Chieftain (so by watching it, you might actually find out new info straight from Wargaming :) ) – I had really great fun, apart from the part where Chieftain called Hilary Doyle and I was trying to find exactly one article with him on the line and answering questions. That was a bit stressing. Huge thanks to both Rita and Chieftain for making this possible. It’s also somewhat shorter, “only” 3 hours :)

As I tried for about 2 freakin’ hours to get online on that chat on twitch to no avail…weell fuxit, I’m gonna say it here and now.
I wanted to say something to you SS regarding the secondary guns on a tank and who would want to use them.
I’d say everybody, I for an example, would love to be able to use the MG on any tank in order to blast through cars, fences and small(breakable) walls.
I know you can send a shell through those objects but it 1) loses penetration 2) can miss and you’re on reload.
Also, the reason why I wanna destroy those things is that, yes, an AP shell will fly through(HEAT and HE not so much) but more important, you can’t see the target’s silhouette with those in the way.
So…yeah, I’d think those secondary guns would be quite useful for everybody.
Ditto they might be useful against scouts, to make’em keep their heads down >:)
Have you ever driven Pz I C?
I guess not, because if you did, you’d know how much lag and FPS drop its gun causes. Two Pz I Cs shooting each other is a nightmare for any PC. Now imagine almost every tank in the game can use an MG (or even multiple ones).
I have, you guess wrong, no it doesn’t, no it isn’t and stop using your toaster as a computer.
Now that we have that out the way, nobody(at least me) said they should be handled like the current PzIC’s gun, I.e. insane rof. If they had the .50 BMG rof(which isn’t all that fast mind you) that whole FPS drop should be circumvented.
Even moreso, there are games out there with much higher rof on their automatic weapons than the Pz I C put out so sever load is a load of bull…
Anywho, that was my argument why people might like using the secondary guns on their tanks, be it coaxial MGs or cannons(such as the 76mm on the Maus).
My Char B1 would like to use its 75mm derp gun at Tier 4. Not that it is a great gun but more along the lines of the Char B1 needing the extra firepower. Same with M3 Lee.
must have that walker bulldog with 152mm derp!!!!
I’ve watche the stream, so annoying… so man useless questions like “buff X tank” or “reduce MM for tank Y”
This was boring aside from very few questions like abut Czechoslovak tanks or the Swedish, I liked the Chieftain’s in-put but in general I think it was a waste of his time, he could’ve been asked about much more interesting stuff.
Aside from this and gorgeous Rita and her Cat in the background, the stream was meh. Too much poorfags, 45% WR’ers blaming tanks rather than their lack of skill, kids and plain morons….
Just my thought SS, you did good job in organizing it with Rita and the way you made it but people asking questions were really dumb.
Indeed one thing that needs to improve in the future is a better selection of questions being asked.
I realise that Rita is not an tenk specialist, but many questions were a waste of time.
Eliminate all MM questions, Buff this or buff that questions or nerf ones, etc…
There might another round in a month or so, we’ll keep it in mind.
Great… I believe those are the most annoying for you anyway to answer the same NO all over again even tho the answers are obvious… I mean like asking a penetration buff to T54 or French autoloaders? Wtf?
Also few min breaks for Rita coz at times she seemed dropping dead from reading… :D
Or maybe some helpers answering easy questions directly in chat like I did few times (or those that were many times wrote on FTR all over again)
