  1. The T-54 also lost some height, which is probably more important than the increased length.

I already asked this in another thread, but how is it possible that this tank, which was produced in huge numbers and is readily available from armories everywhere in the world, has to undergo more model changes than any other vehicle in game?

It was made bigger, then it was made higher, now it is made longer and flatter again. WTF?

      • “The Type 59 (Chinese industrial designation: WZ-120) main battle tank is a Chinese produced version of the Soviet T-54A tank,” etc.

        :P

  2. “Thanks” for taking that log to the side of the tank. Now it’s fucking useless. When that log was in the rear of the tank it could bounce some shots, but now rear has no protection anymore. Thanks again f*cking WG.

  3. T-54 log now mounted on the right side of hull….CONSPIRACY TO BUFF AMMORACK WEAKSPOT PROTECTION WITH STRONK SOVIET LOG ARMOUR.

  4. The length change for the T-54 I get, but the reduced height?! Does the T-54 need any more buffs, in any single way, in any single area, at all? That thing, tier for tier, is just a complete monster already… WarGaming pls

    • The armor scheme didn’t change; i.e. the visual model didn’t align with the actual hitboxes. No nerf or buff, just letting players actually know what they’re shooting at.

      • So they’ve allowed us to go this long before realizing people are just shooting at empty space?

        • Hmm, that would explain some lucky bounces off cupola and such. In this case, it is more of an nerf. No worry, my T54 can live with that
