Hello everyone,
remember the TVP article I posted earlier? Giganaut was kind enough to actually create a render of the most advanced vehicle stage (T-50/51). Thanks a lot, mate! It does look kinda badass, doesn’t it?

Niiice!
Would be great to see this tank in WoT.
wow, that’s nice :)
It looks like just another rustank.
IS-6 + Lowe had a baby
srsly…..? Ok, IS-6 has similar hull but where the ___ is Lowe?!
Perhaps because of the color, which resemble russian one.
What about gun manlet? The gun manlet has at least something of the Löwe.
That’s more like JgPzIV mantlet (excluding it’s triangular shape) and there’s nothing else from Löwe…
well, considering that designers of TVP took their inspiration mostly from pre-WW2 Czechoslovak production as well as from German and Soviet tank design, that fact is hardly surprising… ;)
I hope some important people notice this. IS-6 came to my mind.
Btw stick it or put it into your TVP article! Shouldnt be forgotten!
It won’t be, no worries :)
Really great, I hope they will introduce TVP series into the EU tree, I will grind it!
Hull= IS-6
Turret= Leopard
Maybe?
Nice tank thou.
oh god, an IS-6 with an L7A3.
I was wondering if Giganaut would be interested in doing more renders…
Is this created in Google SketchUp? I’m amazed…
yup – its easy to use program
i dont know maybe there is even Vray for it:)
EDIT:
http://www.vray.com/vray_for_sketchup/demo/win/
there is – so his model can be even more realistic:)
Yeah, google sketchup is quite easy to use from the start but no newbie would be able to do a advanced model from scratch look good. This render took a lot of effort, great job Giganaut!
not really – you need patience and good eye – if you can create box and modify it – you can create really nice looking tank – you just need time and patience:)
I always thought SketchUp is very basic modeling tool. This blows my mind. I should give it a try, but I don’t expect to get any close to this, very nice work.
The Sketchup looks simple at first, but it is actually surprisingly powerful tool. Me and my friend (well, mostly him) have made several models of the in-game tanks with it:

(Renders we posted in Czech section of the forums)
If I saw those models before you said they were made in SketchUp I would never guess that… Very nice work!
As I sad, I should give SketchUp a try.
For such a simple program, the Sketchup is surprisingly powerful. Me and my friend (well, mostly him) made several models based on in-game tanks:

Damn it, the comment didn’t appear at first for me so I made a second one using Steam account instead of OpenID. Does this happen or is there a problem on my end? Anyway, sorry for double posting.
That looks awesome, give me one with a 105mm L7 please xD
It has basically a 100mm D-10T equivalent (hopefully with autoloader)
I just wanted to say that it looks like IS-6 with idiot gun, and it actually is that gun :D
Is this the same person who made all those KV-4 renders? Anyway awesome stuff.
Yes, same person
Sexy beast ;)
now we re talking!
I’ve seen this guy’s stuff on deviantArt, and I must say he’s pretty damned good at these renders, not to mention he sometimes has an interesting sense of humor, such as this:
If WG REALLY wanted to troll German tank players, this would be the tier 10 light tank: http://giganaut.deviantart.com/art/Tier-10-Ausfklarungpanzer-Maus-377032638
you’re doing it wrong

i have made more renders of the TVP you requested.
