My only hope is we gonna get it as optional one when they finally hit,cause right now i’m gonna be thorn between this sweet hd and the proper A2 remodel i’m currently using.

The Maus’s fuel tanks are on the inside of the vehicle, the side of the engine. What You’re probably thinking of is the flamethrower can that sat on the back hull

Really getting worried now. Most of these “new” HD textures make the tanks look worse than the old ones. That Maus is awful, looks like a cheap plastic toy. Please WG don’t do anymore of these HD models until you get rid of that horrible plastic feel.
Don’t want to break your dreams, but most metal things (tanks, cars, etc) look like plastic toys when looked at from a certain height above. Unless you stand by them, it’s difficult to perceive their height and mass, if you look from a ‘copter, everything looks like plastics toys.

And that’s not metal, that’s composite armour – still looks like a plastic toy, since you lose details.

Bad angle. It’s the same as two pics above, but lower angle makes the hull/turret seem awkward =w=
Is it just me or do the M103 and Hellcat look sort of different?
I remember the M103 turret being way more round. And the Hellcat´s turret seems to be further to the front than it used to.
I may be imagining things though…
Hellcat does seem a bit odd, but I think it is just the angle and whatnot of the picture.

Why haven’t they added fuel tanks on the back of a Maus. It would enhance the HD feeling much more. Like this it looks pretty much the same, only more shinier.

M103 model looks great. But the skin is kinda bad.
The original M103 we had i think it was the desert version.

The skin is fine. Nothing wrong with it, it doesn’t look pitch black at all lol.
