Not sure what that means. I hope they fix that.

Also, as far as I know (related to the content of the article on picture above), Anton “Evilly” Pankov is the chief of RU community, not a “publishing producer”.

But because this URL displays only the maintenance image and the javascript expects HTML data it just throws it into the page :)
