Hello everyone,
remember the EU server CW event “let’s make a Finnish flag on CW map” in order to encourage Wargaming to add Finnish section to the forums? Well, ASIA server now has something like that too. In order to encourage Wargaming to add the Vietnamese flag in the game (funny, I wasn’t aware it wasn’t there, but then I guess I never paid attention) and since on 30.4. it’s the Vietnamese Reunification Day, a couple of clans adopted it as their clan logo and started conquering the territory on the CW map. And how did they do?

When the Viets got here it was like a plague of tomatoes in the pub matches, gameplay has suffered for it.

The one time ASIA CW maps are featured on FTR my clan has only 2 provinces….embarrassing :P Those Viets have been kicking our ass.

About Vietnam flag:
It not really weird if WG really forget about their playerbase nation on ASIA. Indonesian also not getting their flag until 8.7/8.8 or so. And i heard Indian also yet getting their flag too.

Conan or Tanitha explained that they don’t expect Vietnam server to be merged when they order that garage so yeah.
Indian flag was introduced in 8.5 / 8.6
Vietnamese flag do exist in the game, just not in the ASIA server aniversary’s garage :D

I play on SEA. Most of the clans suffer a lot including mine. I was told that in VN server there was little control of botting. As the result, when VN merged to SEA, VN clans have much more tier10 than most of the normal clans do. Some VN clans dont use any tactics but human(tank) wave tactic. They even refuse to negotiate without using Vietnamese.
You can’t keep your account when tranferring if you ever botted in your life, all who botted was perma banned in the tranfer.
Right… Because WG knew all the accounts that botted and caught each and every one of them.
Too many VN players have tier X tanks, bad stats, yet decent skill. It doesn’t add up.
What conclusion is more reasonable than that they botted their way up?
Thousand of bot was ban before the tranfer, all who caught lost thier acc when tranfer
And the vietnam server only have few thousand player really. You can almost remember everyname ingame and because of that, WR can’t get very high because everyone is at the same skill level. All my friend and i who was in VN server go up 5-10% WR when we come to ASIA because alot more tomato in ASIA.

They play like a bot, joint match, rush and die, go to garage, select another tank and joint match again, repeat the cycle. When research they only research essential to go to next vehicle.
or you can hire some-guy to play and level vehicle to you.
Most of VN player go from MMORPG game where level and equipment is decide factor to win so they always want to rush to highest level possible.
In VTC server Tier 10 battle is the place have the most retard people in game, I mostly play on Tier 5 -7 where most of okay player gather.

SEA server has both EU and ASIA map? wut?
Before VN merge to SEA, there was no EU map. After merging too many clans get overwhelmed so they decided to open the EU map
One of them really impressive me. We managed to hold their offensive for days with only 5~6 casualties per night. Then suddently they change their normal setup to pure French and German autoloaders. As soon as the game start they charged directly to our base with 3 wtf e100 guarding their base. On the first day we lost most of important tanks. On the second day we had to deploy many tanks such as m60, t110e4 which are not very popular in cw. However they still managed to pull out another pure autoloader team….
So your clan need more tank, why you dont encourage other clan’s member play more branch and unlock more Tier X tank ?
We do. Actually members receive gold as they buy themselves a tier X, we also give them gold if they were in the queue for cw (ie. The 16~20th in the queue can get free gold pretty much without doing anything but showing their tanks). Still not many members set their goal at tierX :(
pretty important to remember that the vietnamese make up a large proportion of the server population, almost a third I think, and they do not as a rule, fight with eachother. Basically they are one giant clan alliance, fighting against many clans who are interfighting.
