  1. I want a map located in a forrest. Oh wait..im european! We dont get to have opinions in WoT.

    • considering how whiny the average european is, I can’t blame them for not listening to us.

      • How much did the russians ask for +/-1 MM?
I don’t think that the russians are better in being “not-whiny”…

    • Don’t forget half of russia is in Europe (or rather on it).
And because there really aren’t enough foresty maps huh? Almost each map has a forest area. Komarin, forest in the corners. South coast, city/forest area.
      Murovanka, known after THE forest.
Also, don’t give the “all maps are russian! Bias!” Bullshit. Half of the map are european, Himmelsdorf, Ruinberg, Westfield, Redshire, Fisherman’s bay, possibly South coast.

      • “possibly south coast”

Has to be European. At the very least Mediterranean.

        • I believe South Coast’s file name actually lists it as “Crimea” if i’m not mistaken. I could be wrong.

            • Wasn’t russian some time ago, but yea, now it apparently is.
Other than that, this map actually looks very interesting, loads of sidescrapping spots (if I guessed the bases locations right), good enough terrain for medium tanks, couple of lines of fire for arty … maybe the lowtier scouts will have the hardest time on this map, but you can always just join the mediums.

      • Make a forest map when everyone are bitching about Tank destroyers. Briliant!

      • Half of Russia is in Europe? Really? Where’d you learn geography, back of a crackerjack cereal box?

    • You have the Magic Forest in Murovanka. Trust me, you dont want a forest map. it will just create a big campfest

      • they should make a forest without very much rocks only some wooden houses and some water. kindof swampy forest

      • Dayum. when i saw the minimap here in article my first thought was damn it will be quite small map, but then after watching the video it’s actually quite big map and i freaking love it!!! City map that’s not cramped(ruinberg, himmel). What’s there not to like?!

      • What like what but it certainly will not bring “totally new experience” – if anything – different taste of a city map.

  2. Is it me or does the whole new load of medals are producing the countereffect and actually devaluates the sense of achieving something when there’s literally a medal for everything you do in the battle(*cough* lumberjack for knocking down trees scraped idea *cough*)

      • Iirc they actually were considering to implement it, but scraped it at the end. Also iirc somewhere in SS’ articles i read that there is actually a counter in game that counts how many trees you have knocked down.

    • At least 2/3rds of those are for the event, so I wouldn’t worry about that yet. OTOH, medals for arties are nice, especially if they count as resistance, since arty has it really tough with XP gains.

  3. please do one of these things:
    1) make much more maps and make some polls wich maps are wanted by players
    2) stop making maps, go work on a mapmaker so we (players and people interested in landscape modeling) can make our own maps, then upload it to a special part on the forum. highest voted map gets imported in game…
no extra work for you beside making map and moderating forum section.
more player wanted maps more differend battles much more fun.

why Dragon Ridge and Port still gone?

    • Never fought on Dragon Ridge, and i really miss Sacred Valley and Port…. Also, your idea is quite good, but only if developers makes sure those maps are completly balanced for both sides, all type of tanks and all tiers..

  4. Giving –More– medals to clickers, now?
Well done WG. Reward people for ruining the game.

    Punishing camping my Oreos.

  5. Kharkov looks like a Ruinburg with Ensk style buildings that let you drive between them.
