World of Tanks Rush – Now Available in Slovakia

For those who do not know, World of Tanks Rush is a tabletop card game (as in, real cards, not playing on PC or mobile devices) from the World of Tanks franchise (the name like totally didn’t give that away) and can be played with 2 to 5 players. For the WoT collectors, the box costs like 21 Euro and contains a bonus code for the B2 German premium heavy tank. It can be purchases via the brloh.sk portal, but it is available on other places as well. Czech Republic has a version too, translated to Czech (both versions are localized)

Interestingly enough, apart from various guns, the set also contains tanks that are not in World of Tanks (G1R for example)

      • I’d say WoT is a FPS. In an RTS you control the whole team, not just one unit.

    • There technically already is: Order of War.
      I say technically because the infantry get wrecked by tanks and the aircraft are just one-time use special powers.

    • Codename: Panzers Phase 1 & 2

      It’s an old RTS but I still play it from time to time.

      There’s also a 3rd name in the series: Codename Panzers: Cold War but I haven’t tried this one.

      It would be cool if that studio from US that’s part of WG now is working on something like this.

      • AFAIK the Codename Panzers serie was developed by a Hungarian software company, and published by… I can’t remember anymore. But really nice games if you are into that genre,

        I personally liked the Men of War series as well (and Faces of War before those), really nicely made, detailed RTS.

        • I have it… I tried to play it and I was like: What is this shit?! Codename Panzers is much better imo.

          • you are comparing two different games i sad on massive scale… But its hard to play it on some level I know, so people rather skip to some CaQ style rts

    • Thats overpriced if the shipping isnt counted in it. I bought it for 21 Euros as SS mentioned. Look up some fantasy themed stores around your location or on web that sells cardboard games and card games (magic the gathering, etc…)

    • I recently bought a B2 code on eBay for $29.99 (Average price on eBay atm). I then mentioned to the buyer he didn’t need to ship it to me, to just send the code through messaging. He then (expectantly) refunded me $12.75 the next day saying that those were the shipping charges. So the final price I paid for the code was $17.24. Not bad, it also came with 7 days of premium and 500 gold.

      I have 56 games in it now and a 77% WR. About 20 of those games are platooned with other B2s. It’s an amazingly fun tank, and I definitely recommend purchasing it. It’s worth the money.

  3. Just a few additional notes:

    There are two packs of cards (as seen in the first picture). One is only tanks and the other is full of 5 copies each (for the 5 max players) of different tactics, medals, tank class cards (scout, medium, etc…).

    The most cards (such a surprise!) have the Soviets followed by (this is a surprise!), the French lol.

    Alot of current top tier tanks from the WoT game are missing and I asume there will be aditional packs available in the future. Also Chinese, Japanese and British lines are completely missing.

    Cards and the cover structure are nicely done. Quite sturdy and nice on the feel.

    I didnt bother to study the game rules coz I have noone to play this with (Cries… T_T).

    Iam pretty sure that every decent fantasy themed store that sells board and card games should already have it in stock.

    • Also as Silent mentioned there are quite a bunch (atleast 20% of the pack) with vehicles that are not included in the game. For example AA guns with a special class mark, Support trucks, different SPGs, troops and yes… A Katyusha aswell (what a shock! :P…)

      If you have friends around you that play WoT then this is the ultimate game for some drinking nights to kill some time together. :P

      PS: The only T10 tanks in the packs have the Germans (Maus) and French (Batchat)

  4. I rather buy this for just clollections sake. I think people are more interested with the real Pc game then the card game. But hey! Everyone hss there own taste

    • Collecting purposes for me too, but if you have some irl friends that play WoT too around you then this can be a pretty damn good time killer when you meet up for a game or two :).

    • Because they are the same?…The Jackson you see in the game now used to be called Slugger until they added the Hellcat(turreted TD) branch.

    This cant be WoT :D

    Now srsly, the game looks good and cards are nicely done also its great chance to get B2 for free somehow, but i think after some time they will remove B2 from this package(WG rulez!)..
