Hello everyone,
another batch of pictures by Rastaknight – this time, the last one.
Engines from various tanks (the tables list their names and horsepower)
This AMX-30 engine was designed by Hispano-Suiza, built by Renault
Chaffee cut open
This is a Sherman engine as well
T-34 tank crankshaft
Transmission and engine of King Tiger
Merkava 1
The S-Tank
Chieftain with the famous “Berlin Brigade” camouflage
Conqueror
Very early Centurion
M26 Pershing
M41 Walker Bulldog
M47 Patton
M48 Patton
M60A2 Patton
Kanonenjagdpanzer
Leopard 1
Leopard 2
The B1 engine(Engines?), ALL OF MY WHAT.
What’s so weird about it ? After all its SAUMUR museum
It looks like a straight six and a transmission behind it(closer to the wall).
Thanks for the pictures, seeing the engines was interesting.
Btw that is not a M60A2, it’s an A3 I think although it could be an A1.
Re sherman engines – the most interesting is missing: Chrysler Multibank :P …
The Leo 2 is interesting!
It´s one of the early prototypes.
It has a turret similar to Leopard 1A4, caused by the identical, optical range finder.

Damn, i’d love to see that Berlin Brigade camouflage as a british winter camo in WoT :D
Damn, beat me to it…I’d SO be using that on all my Brit tanks if they added it!
Yep me as well
The “M60A2″ is most definitely not an A2. A2 had the same gun as the M551 and a very distinct turret.
says on the board its an A3 not sure if SS missed that.
Where are the pictures of the gift shop??
Sorry but I didn’t think it was soooooo interesting ;)
